The Brief in Brief

Following substantial water damage to the property, the homeowners wanted to completely refurbish the interior of their property to create a contemporary and high-end feel. With the appreciation of how lighting can impact the mood and finish to a property, the homeowners approached Integrated Logic to design and install the latest lighting design offerings.

Integrated Logic’s Solution

After completing thorough testing following the water damage and analysing the electrical plans of the property, the Integrated Logic team designed and installed LED downlighters throughout. This included the bathroom, kitchen and entrance area. Our team completed the finish with brushed chrome lighting switches which were positioned throughout the house.

LED lighting has become a popular design solution for residential and commercial projects for its energy efficiency benefits and its recent range of colours available. The subtlety, sophisticated and non-invasive nature of spotlighting means that the interior design market has seen a recent surge among residential projects.

To create a seamless and integrated experience, our team combined multiple fuse boards which controlled different areas of the house and condensed it into one centrally controlled main fuse board to meet current regulations, from which all electrical works were controlled from.

The End Result

The homeowners were delighted with the lighting solutions installed throughout their property which created a sophisticated and high-specification feel. It was a pleasure to have been a part of this project and to work closely with those involved to complete the project within schedule.
