The Brief in Brief

Integrating reliable, convenient and intelligent home security systems were integral to Mr and Mrs Eversfield’s family home refurbishment project. Confidence in their homes ability to keep their family safe and deliver peace of mind were considered priorities for this project.

Integrated Logic’s Solution

Integrated Logic were engaged at the very beginning of this refurbishment project and installed alarm, CCTV and door entry systems throughout, all linked back and controlled via the central Control4 System. Our choice of product installation was the Texecom security alarm system, Dahua Network video recorder, Dahua 4MP Turret Cameras and Control4 DS2 door entry and intercom anywhere application.

The security system is made up of 3 parts, a 16 zone alarm system, alongside a CCTV system, comprising of 8 IP cameras with an NVR capable of recording 1 month’s high definition footage, plus a single door entry system – all of which are linked back and Controlled via Control4.

The Integrated Logic team spent a day specifying the IP camera layout to ensure it offered comprehensive coverage of the property and that all doors and points of entry were covered by the alarm system.  During the evening, the homeowners can receive notifications, on their smart devices, if a camera is activated by motion, a door or gate is opened, or someone is at the front door.  The notifications can also be received when the property is empty during the day or when the owners are on holiday.

The End Result

Integrated Logic worked with the client from design to installation to deliver security solutions for modern living. Mr and Mrs Eversfield now have peace of mind and have a family home that provides protection that they can rely on.
