Integrated Logic’s Solution

To meet this brief, our team removed the existing alarm and installed a brand new Texecom “Premier” Elite alarm system, specified with a satin chrome finish. This security system allows homeowners to arm the alarm with a single touch directly from an intuitive user control panel and monitor daily accesses and egresses to the property. Residents are notified via their smart devices when someone leaves or enters the building through the front door.

Integrated Logic worked closely with the homeowners to understand the cabling structure of the property to seamlessly integrate the new system which works via ID tags and a smart control panel. All wiring was fitted with the ability to add and install security cameras to monitor the exterior of the building at a later date.
